Our shipping method uses the UPS shipping database based on product weight and destination to calculate the shipping. To ensure accurate calculation of shipping and delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. UPS does not forward packages, so we guarantee delivery only to addresses we are given. If your package returns to us, we will refund the cost of the merchandise. If you choose to reship the package to a different address, you may have to pay for the cost to reship.
